Details:

Receive a full check-up, including:

• 1x comprehensive dental examination
• 1x scale, clean and polish

If you have private health insurance:

• if the practice is a preferred provider for your health fund and you have adequate dental cover, the check-up and clean will be provided to you at ‘no gap’, i.e. you will not need to pay any fees ‘out of pocket’ and you may be able to access additional exclusive benefits. We are preferred providers for a large number of health funds, please check eligibility with your health fund or (link for practice preferred providers) for more information.
• if the practice is not a preferred provider for your health fund, then regardless of your dental cover, you may have to pay ‘out of pocket’ costs to redeem the offer. Please contact your health fund directly for an indication of the possible ‘out of pocket’ costs, if any, that you may incur.
