Offer: $199 or No Gap Check-Up and Clean for Eligible Health Fund Members
Details: Receive a full check-up, including 1x comprehensive dental examination, 1x scale, clean and polish, 2x bitewing x-rays (if required) and 1x fluoride treatment.
If you have private health insurance:
- if the practice is a preferred provider for your health fund and you have adequate dental cover, the check-up and clean will be provided to you at ‘no gap’, i.e. you will not need to pay any fees ‘out of pocket’ and you may be able to access additional exclusive benefits. We are preferred providers for a large number of health funds, please check eligibility with your health fund or (link for practice preferred providers) for more information.
- if the practice is not a preferred provider for your health fund, then regardless of your dental cover, you may have to pay ‘out of pocket’ costs to redeem the offer. Please contact your health fund directly for an indication of the possible ‘out of pocket’ costs, if any, that you may incur.
For non-health fund members or for new patients who may choose not to utilise their private health insurance for any reason: this offer is available for $199 (including GST).
Redemption Process: To claim this offer, you must present to reception at the time of your appointment.
Offer Restrictions: In order to qualify for the Offer:
- you must be a new patient;
- only one Offer can be redeemed per person;
- this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
- you must check your health fund policy to determine which portion of your fee is covered. While we accept all major health funds, not all health funds offer the same level of benefits and your level of cover will affect your “out-of-pocket” costs.
